Medical Emergency Cards
Doctors recommend that you carry a medical history card in your wallet in case your cell phone is not working or you don't have one. Include the following information:
1. A list of all medicines, vitamins, herbs and supplements.
2. A list of allergies to medications and foods.
3. Names and phone numbers of doctors and who to call in an emergency.
