Shots-Just say No!
Experts continue to disagree about the safety of flu vaccines. The CDC,
or Centers for Disease Control pushes the flu vaccine onto the public.
The CDC often has ties to the pharmaceutical industry. The CDC states
that 135 children died during the 2003-2004 flu season. 59 of those children
received flu shots! How many of those deaths were vaccine related? Dr.
Mark Sircus, O.M.D., states, for adults who think the flu shot is helpful
for them, that if an individual has five consecutive flu shots his or
her chances of developing Alzheimer's disease are 10 times greater than
if they had one, two or no shots. Why? The flu vaccine contains a toxic
load of mercury, aluminum and even formaldehyde. Even more disturbing?
The CDC has now included the flu vaccination in the 6-month old baby vaccination
schedule.

Realize
your Dreams
As we begin a new year and winter solstice, many of us intensify our goal
and dream setting. The failure to accomplish a goal is the result of not
bringing your desires from the subconscious to the conscious or from the
mental plane to the physical plane. First visualize your desire and get
a very clear and specific picture using all 5 senses. Then write the desire
down. The act of writing with a pen or pencil is a powerful direct connection
between mind and body. Wishes and ideas form in the head, and true desires
come from the heart. Emotions in the body are not fully expressed until
they reach consciousness in the brain. Emotions stored all over the body
strive to travel in an upward motion. When the emotion, in the form of
peptides, moves up to the brain, it can be fully expressed. When the heart
manifests your true desires, they will make the journey to your head.
When the head and heart are in harmony, the head works out the details
that allow the heart's desire to manifest. So, as you write your goals-write
them in great detail. Set a date. Write how you will feel when you achieve
your dream. Who are you with? What will you be doing? Where will you be
living? Go ahead and create that harmony between your heart and your head
to realize your dreams...

Hugging
for Health
Dr. David Bresler, Director of the Pain Control Unit at UCLA says hugging
is a miracle medicine that can relieve many physical and emotional problems
facing Americans. He prescribes four hugs a day-breakfast, lunch, dinner
and bedtime! No wimpy hugs please- fully embrace using both arms and facing
your partner. Hugging helps with depression and helps you feel younger
because when we are touched the amount of hemoglobin in our blood increases
significantly. Hemoglobin is the part of the blood that carries vital
supplies of oxygen to all parts of the body in effect toning up the body
and speeding recovery from illness.
