Miluna Fausch, HHCP, Ph.D. is on a mission to help others achieve triumph
over illness and disease by sharing her own personal experience.
She leads others to return to a place of healing and wholeness and joy.
Her story in her own words: If I had not gone through this life-changing

I started my company because of my own adventures with the medical community
involving two surgeries on my head. For years I had been told that I had
TMJ and no further tests had been ordered. After sitting in a class one day
and having the right side of my face become paralyzed, I made an appointment
with my doctor. She took one look, had a fit, and prescribed an MRI the
next day! What showed up on the MRI and CT-scans was a large black mass. I
had a large benign tumour called a chrondro-blastoma. It is very rare and
usually affects the hipbones of young men.
After being on the operating table for over 9 hours while 3 surgeons removed
the tumour, I came out of surgery in extreme pain and discomfort initially.
I had fat taken from my lower abdominal area to fill in the space in my
skull. My abdomen was so sore I could barely turn myself, yet my back was
in a lot of pain from not moving. I could only lie on my left side because
of the large "turban" covering the right side of my head. I had a male
nurse in intensive care who helped me rotate my body and took great care of
me.
A few months after the first surgery, it became clear that something was
wrong because the incision below my right ear would not heal completely. It
was "leaking." An infection had developed in the man-made bone that had been
used to pack the empty space where part of my skull had been. I went in for
a second surgery six months after the first, and the infected material was
taken out.
During this whole process I had been keeping a journal of my experiences. It
was very frustrating to me in my own search for information, that there was
not a lot there. My job is to create a sanctuary of wellness and wholeness
for you and show you that there are always choices available.
