Last Scary Blog for Halloween Week!

Boo! Today is Halloween, and our final scary blog day (at least for now). I hear people say that they have a "bad" back or that they don't have money or that jobs are hard to come by in this economy. I am here to remind you that the way you think affects everything. Your back is not bad. You are not bad. You may have a vulnerable back. You may have injured your back in the past. Your back may be healing. Don't buy into these scary, small beliefs and current human race consciousness.

The economy is going through a shake-up, and yet there are millionaires created every day. People have healed and triumphed over every physical condition and illness that you and I can think of.

Give yourself a November gift, the gift of amazement over the miracle of your own body. Practice and cultivate correct and healthy thinking. Love and accept every inch of your body in order to experience more health.

Richest November Blessings...Miluna

Scary Foods Continued...Boo!

Oh Noooooooo! We have one more day of scary things that are not good for you! Stay away from foods that are artificial! Splenda, the substance that calls itself sugar, is chlorinated sugar. By the time it is chemically manipulated, it does not resemble a product made by Mother Earth in any way. The newest ingredient added to the yellow packet, brought to you by the marketing geniuses at this pharmaceutical company, is that they have added fiber! What? In what form? Why would you add fiber to an artificial sweetener? Why would you artificially sweeten anything? Would the body know how to process these toxins? NO!

Friends don't let friends use the pink, blue, or yellow packets--too scary!

Until tomorrow-Halloween-be really good to yourself...Miluna

Scary Breakfast Food-Oh No!

Yes, it's time to continue our scary blog for this Halloween week. I am stunned at the garbage that the food industry continues to invite. Suggesting that you should start your day with a breakfast cereal that is loaded with sugar and wheat and stating that this is a smart way to start your day is a big stretch. Perhaps the teeny weeny amount of oats? included in the cereal is what they are suggesting is smart for your heart. Suspicious? You should be! We must be vigilant about the successful marketing that companies will continue to use. Don't be manipulated. A smart breakfast? Protein and vegetables. Forget about the carbs and sugars starting your day...

Have fun getting ready for All Hallow's Eve...always treasure your health...Miluna

Scary Things I See

Boo! Time for more scary things this week as we celebrate Halloween! Today I saw a woman driving (not paying attention) while on the cell phone (radiation, EMF exposure, against the law in California), smoking a cigarette (need I say anything here?) and drinking a hot beverage (we don't really know what was in that cup do we?) from a very well known coffee joint. Yikes! Triple whammy of not good for you habits, especially when all done together. Please drive safely...

Until we meet again...treasure yourself and your health. Miluna
