Health Freedom Day

As we celebrate the freedoms that most of us enjoy in the United States, how about taking a look at your health freedom? Do you have a habit or regular way of eating that you know is not the best for you any longer? Do you want to be free of it?

The number one thing that I see that most people must absolutely give up to obtain more health and feel better is to stop drinking sodas-regular or diet. Regular sodas contain amazing amounts of sugar and diet sodas contain toxins in the form of artificial sweeteners. None of them is a good choice. There is no soda that is a healthy choice!
